About

A minimalist home workspace featuring an open notebook and pencil with coffee on a wooden tray.

Hi, I’m Stacy lynne, and I’ve been exactly where you are.

I grew up on basketball courts, softball fields, and in the gym. Team sports weren’t just something I did after school, they shaped how I think about everything. Discipline, resilience, showing up even when you don’t feel like it, and leaning on the people around you. Health and wellness weren’t concepts I discovered as an adult. They were part of how I lived.

So when my body started changing in ways I didn’t recognize, I assumed I’d handle it the same way I handled everything else. Research it, figure it out, push through.

What I didn’t expect was how long it would take. Or how many dead ends I’d hit along the way.

When the system stopped working for me
It started with fatigue that no amount of sleep could fix. Then the brain fog. Then joint pain that made mornings feel like a negotiation with my own body. A frozen shoulder that came out of nowhere. And running underneath all of it, hormonal changes that my doctors kept attributing to stress, age, or just life.

I sat in more than one doctor’s office and felt completely unheard.

If any of that sounds familiar, I want you to know something important: YOU ARE NOT IMAGINING IT. AND YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

So I became my own researcher

I did what any former team athlete does when the playbook stops working, I went back to fundamentals and started over.

I spent years researching hormone health, gut health, inflammation, sleep, and the specific ways menopause affects the female body. I tested supplements, some that changed everything, some that were a complete waste of money. I tracked what helped, what didn’t, and what the research actually said versus what wellness marketing wanted me to believe.

I found answers. Not all of them, and not overnight – but enough to feel like myself again. Enough to sleep through the night. Enough to have energy in the afternoon. Enough to move through the world without feeling like a stranger in my own body.

And I realized that everything I had learned, every product I tested, every rabbit hole I went down at 2am, every thing I wished someone had just told me plainly, was worth sharing.

That’s Why Femtivity Exists

Femtivity is the resource I needed and couldn’t find. It’s built on one simple promise: I will only ever recommend something I have personally purchased and used. No sponsored content. No brand partnerships that compromise my honesty. No advice I haven’t lived myself.

Every product on this site has been through my own filter, tested in my own life, with my own body, and evaluated honestly. If something didn’t work for me I’ll tell you that too, because knowing what to skip is just as valuable as knowing what to try.

I’m not a doctor. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m a woman who has spent years navigating a healthcare system that wasn’t built to hear us, doing the research so you don’t have to start from scratch the way I did.

You Deserve to Feel Heard

One of the hardest parts of this journey wasn’t the symptoms, it was feeling like no one around me truly understood what I was going through. Like I was supposed to just quietly manage it and move on.

That ends here.

Femtivity is a place where what you’re experiencing is real, your questions matter, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or you’ve been navigating this for years, you belong here.

Ask your questions. Share what’s working. We’re in this together, and together, we’re stronger than any of us are alone.
